You can book an appointment online through our official website. Click "Book Appointment," read and accept the appointment rules, fill in the patient information form, review your details, and complete the payment to confirm your slot.

Online booking opens daily at 1:00 PM and is valid only for the next day's appointment. Bookings cannot be made for the same day or beyond the next day.

New patient consultation costs ₹1000. Follow-up visits within 3 months cost ₹800, with an additional ₹200 surcharge if the previous prescription is not carried. An online convenience fee of ₹30 plus 2% transaction charge also applies.

Patients must arrive at least 2 hours before their allotted appointment time. Late arrivals may result in forfeiture of the booking with no refund.

Confirmed appointments cannot be cancelled or rescheduled. If your payment failed but an amount was deducted, it will be refunded automatically within 5–9 working days.

Dr. K. P. Kushwaha does not see patients after 2:00 PM on Fridays or on Saturdays. Please check the Updates page for any additional leave notices.

Use the "Search Appointment" page and enter your mobile number, email, or order ID to view your booking details. This is available until midnight of the appointment booking day.

Please contact our support team via WhatsApp or phone with your transaction details. Verified failed transactions are refunded within 5–9 working days.
