Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please review our policy on appointment cancellations and refunds before booking.

Confirmed appointment bookings cannot be cancelled or rescheduled once payment is completed.
Confirmed Bookings
Once an appointment is confirmed and payment is successful, no refund will be issued in any situation
No-Show & Late Arrival
- Failure to arrive for your appointment will result in forfeiture of the booking, with no refund.
- Arriving late beyond the allotted grace period will also result in a forfeited booking with no refund.
Failed Payment Refund
If an amount is deducted from your account but the appointment booking fails or is not confirmed till 11:59 AM, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment source within 5–9 working days.
